When you join us, you will start at level one within our sales team. You’ll have a clear channel of progression through the four levels of this team. On completion of your initial training, you’ll become a Sales Executive within our successful sales team. There are another four levels of development as part of this team (which includes comprehensive management training). By the end of this, you will be prepared to manage your own team, and then you’ll have access to move onto our executive programme.
Each of these steps will mean an increased basic as well as a structured commission scheme which will allow you to be highly rewarded for your continued success and progression through our business.
We are based on the new prestigious Cams Hall Estate, on the M27 corridor at Junction 11.
The Role:We’re seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are looking for a fresh challenge that has no limits. You will play a key role in our growth strategy, work closely with our sales team to help maximise fresh opportunities and develop existing customer relations.
No previous experience is required as we will give you all the training, support and mentorship required to effectively operate in the role. You must be driven and have a committed attitude to learning and developing for the role. You’ll be focused on generating new business leads whilst maintaining our strong emphasis on people and relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying and generating new sales prospects across a range of industry sectors. The ability to self-motivate and have a good telephone manner is essential.
