Meet the team behind Capital Fleet Solutions...
Paul started in consumer finance in 1988 with Beneficial Bank taking a degree in Consumer Credit at the OU supported by the bank, moving into business finance with Bank of Scotland in 1996. After 6 years in business finance, in 2002, moved to Complete Vehicle Management to create an asset finance team, over time rising to General Manager. Staying with CVM for 16 years rising to Director level in 2016 overseeing all corporate and compliance activities. In August 2018 Capital Fleet Solutions was formed as a Finance & Leasing broker serving the business market for their vehicle supply & financing needs.
Chris started in consumer finance in 1993 with Beneficial Bank, moving into business finance with Bank of Scotland in 1996. Chris then joined Paul at Complete Vehicle Management within asset finance team, over time specialising and leading the plumbing & drainage division. In September 2020 Chris joined Capital Fleet Solutions to expand the plumbing and drainage division.
Jason has been working in the Financial Industry for over 20 years within the Corporate Banking and Asset Finance Sectors and has experience in all types of funding options that allows him to understand the needs of the businesses or individuals and offer them the best products. He has specialised in the drainage industry for eight years offering a range of options for the customer, from refinancing existing vans and equipment to supplying and financing a full new van pack ready to go to work.
Barry has over 40 years' experience in managing and leading organisations, including three years as Sales Director at United News and Media, then owners of Exchange and Mart. At the helm, he has grown and run a variety of companies, where his shrewd eye for opportunity and business acumen was evident. As well as overseeing and strategically leading the business, he plays a significant role in coaching and advising the whole team. Barry has a deep love of football and has supported many local junior teams in the area.
Vicky brings over 14 years of marketing experience to the team, working for many national and local commercial brands across and variety of sectors including technology, new media, healthcare, charity, vehicle maintenance, beauty, commercial property, promotional merchandising and public sector. She is adept at both marketing and engagement strategies, particularly with SME's. In the spare time she has, she likes to attempt to sing, dance and act with her local operatic society (with varied success!).
Dan has a real passion for developing and growing people to help them achieve their goals, which is exactly why he's such a great fit for us. Dan will ensure our teams have all the knowledge and skills to continually develop and support our customers. With three years working in learning and training roles within corporate organisations, and before that working in leadership development at the Royal Navy, Dan brings and a wealth of valuable experience to the team. In his own words he describes himself as an ‘all round good egg and snappy dresser!
Lilah has gained great experience working as regional account manager for a market leading finance broker, where she worked closely with both car and van dealerships across the South East. Her specialist knowledge of finance products and strong sales background allow her to help our customers navigate through the various options available. When she’s not helping our customers find the best deal she is a regular in the gym lifting weights and boxing. So don’t mess with her!
Zac is a record-holding lead generation expert with over 15 years’ experience working across a multitude of sectors, including solar energy and computer software. His experience and self-professed love of lead generation is a real asset to us at Capital Fleet Solutions and means you always received 110% from him! When he’s not busy working the phones, Zac can be found discovering buried treasure and has even found a 13th century Indian silver coin hoard which can be seen at Exeter Museum!
Katie brings great sales and customer service skills from her previous experience as an Estate Agent and Sales Advisor. Her strong work ethic and dedication to providing the best level of service to customers make her a great fit in the team. In her spare time, you can find Katie being followed by her cute little sausage dog Rolo, trying to catch up to her on their walkies!
Jasmine-Lily joins following a successful role at an Internet Service Provider, where she worked as a Sales Executive. As a key part of the sales team, she is already building a fantastic customer base and helping spread the word about the wide range of services available.
