Meet the team behind Capital Fleet Solutions...
Paul started in consumer finance in 1988 with Beneficial Bank taking a degree in Consumer Credit at the OU supported by the bank, moving into business finance with Bank of Scotland in 1996. After 6 years in business finance, in 2002, moved to Complete Vehicle Management to create an asset finance team, over time rising to General Manager. Staying with CVM for 16 years rising to Director level in 2016 overseeing all corporate and compliance activities. In August 2018 Capital Fleet Solutions was formed as a Finance & Leasing broker serving the business market for their vehicle supply & financing needs.
Chris started in consumer finance in 1993 with Beneficial Bank, moving into business finance with Bank of Scotland in 1996. Chris then joined Paul at Complete Vehicle Management within asset finance team, over time specialising and leading the plumbing & drainage division. In September 2020 Chris joined Capital Fleet Solutions to expand the plumbing and drainage division.
Jason has been working in the Financial Industry for over 20 years within the Corporate Banking and Asset Finance Sectors and has experience in all types of funding options that allows him to understand the needs of the businesses or individuals and offer them the best products. He has specialised in the drainage industry for eight years offering a range of options for the customer, from refinancing existing vans and equipment to supplying and financing a full new van pack ready to go to work.
Paul has over 13 years’ experience in the field of sales with several of those being in the plumbing sector, working for Radiators 4 U and Graham Plumbing Merchant, enabling him to provide expert guidance and support to those working in the trade.
Barry has over 40 years' experience in managing and leading organisations, including three years as Sales Director at United News and Media, then owners of Exchange and Mart. At the helm, he has grown and run a variety of companies, where his shrewd eye for opportunity and business acumen was evident. As well as overseeing and strategically leading the business, he plays a significant role in coaching and advising the whole team. Barry has a deep love of football and has supported many local junior teams in the area.
Vicky brings over 14 years of marketing experience to the team, working for many national and local commercial brands across and variety of sectors including technology, new media, healthcare, charity, vehicle maintenance, beauty, commercial property, promotional merchandising and public sector. She is adept at both marketing and engagement strategies, particularly with SME's. In the spare time she has, she likes to attempt to sing, dance and act with her local operatic society (with varied success!).
Kim brings over 17 years of sales experience to the team, having worked across a multitude of sectors including energy, media and finance. She is a very motivated and driven individual who, alongside her day job, is an experienced sports massage therapist, competes in motocross events, and is currently completing her AFF skydiving course. As well as all this, she is also training to do a backflip on her motocross bike to raise money for Dementia - a cause close to her heart.
Tina has worked in sales for 17 years with experience across a number of sectors including financial services and telemarketing. Her expert knowledge of working with franchises in the past also means she understands the specific issues facing these companies. When she isn’t in the office Tina can be found exploring the countryside and enjoying the great outdoors.
Richard brings a wealth of experience to CFS having secured nearly 20 years’ experience in sales, working across a multitude of sectors including distribution, telesales and the marine industry. Richard also spent time living in Bahrain and Dubai where he worked in oil spill clean-up.
Annie started out her career in sales in 2009 first working for a first aid training company before then becoming European brand ambassador for a jewellery company. She then went on to SSE providing customer support for people experiencing power cuts and electrical emergencies before moving across to Technical Engineering and Planned maintenance where she organised shutdowns, grid maintenance and managing a team of Engineers. Her varied experience enables her to deliver a five-star service, and should we have a power cut she’ll be able to ensure the team all stay calm! Outside of work Annie enjoys catching up with friends over dinner.
